Reaching the Parking Lot
Enter this location at 111 Mulberry St. This is the entrance address for the W.R. Grace Building valet garage, operated by Icon Parking. It is located on the west side of Mulberry St. between Market St. and Clinton St. Look for the black 'Park' signs with the orange Icon Parking logo next to the entrance. Follow the driveway towards the garage entrance ramp.
Parking Instructions
Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. Height restriction: 6' 8" This facility does not accept luxury and/or exotic vehicles. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.

I had tickets for a show at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and traffic made me worry Id miss the start. I had already booked the spot through Way.com, so I drove straight to the garage. The attendant parked my car quickly and pointed me in the right direction so I could reach the venue on time.
