It was my daughters recital near Bryant Park, and we were already running late. Street parking was impossible. I quickly booked this garage and parked without any hassle. I made it back just in time before she went on stage. That moment meant a lot.
We have used this app a few times over the last few weeks and never been let down yet. We do add our number plate which makes the whole experience much easier. Each time the barriers have been up and weve had no problem entering or leaving. We park in an unreserved area of whichever parking we have chosen. Its been inexpensive and easy.
