It is located on the right-hand side of 38th Ave. (a one-way street) between 138th St. and Main St. Customers will have to print out their confirmation emails and place them on their dashboard before exiting their vehicle after parking their car. This facility does not allow in/out privileges. You cannot enter & exit more than once. Estimated oversize fee of $10.00 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. Luxury surcharges may apply. The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. The $200 Monthly plan provides parking access Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
