Reaching The Parking Lot
Enter this location at 490 Atlantic Ave. This is the Intercontinental Hotel valet garage, operated by Icon Parking. It is located on the east/right-hand side of Atlantic Ave. (a one-way street) between Pearl St. and Oliver St. The entrance is at the north end of the hotel. Please note GPS may take you to an underground address; you will enter this location above ground, just north of the pedestrian entrance to the Intercontinental Hotel.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 7' 1" If the lot deems your vehicle oversized, an oversize fee will be charged at the lot. Way reservations only apply to non-hotel guests, so if you are a guest staying at the Intercontinental your way Reservation will not be honored by the Valet. This facility does not accept luxury and/or exotic vehicles. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.

Parking Check-In
Show the parking lot attendant your Way.com order confirmation or order details. The attendant will confirm your details, hand you a ticket, and park your car. Keep your ticket at check-out in order to exit.

Upon returning, show the attendant your Way.com parking order confirmation and parking ticket you received on arrival.

Extra Fee Alert
If the parking facility has deemed your vehicle as an oversized vehicle or if you have parked outside of your booking times, you will be charged an extra fee that must be paid at either check-in or check-out.

The parking lot’s valet attendant will retrieve your car for you and then you’ll be free to go!
