I love how the drivers are so personable. Randy was really friendly. I love how they have a flexible schedule when picking up and dropping off. I went during the day with them and it felt safe. At night though, I don’t know if I would have felt safe and the elevator wasn’t working. Thankfully, I had only a personal item with me. This seems to be a good spot to park to explore Little Italy. I got to explore after my trip because I scheduled extra time on my order. The customer service was great!

I had a good experience. The wait was not too long, around 5 mins to drop off at the airport. Picking up from the airport was also smooth, The shuttle was waiting at the airport (I called when I picked up my luggages) and the driver dropped me off to my car.
