It took over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. It ended up not being our spot that sent a driver but another hotel shuttle. The driver was overwhelmed and rude. She did not allow us to help load our luggage and then failed to load the infant car seat. (We ended up driving back to the hotel and calling port authority police). When we finally arrived,” to the parking, the vehicle smelled strong of marijuana. We’ve used Propark before. This experience was hugely disappointing.
