Parking Instructions

After reserving your spot, you’ll receive an email with redemption instructions. Upon arrival, please register your vehicle to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience at the facility. You may scan the onsite QR code to complete your registration. QR codes are posted on signs throughout the parking lot for your convenience. For immediate assistance, please contact us at (813) 842-1242. Please note that shuttle service is not available at this location. However, the pricing has been adjusted to help offset the cost of using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. You may also choose to drop your passengers at the port first and then return to park, as it’s only a short rideshare trip back to the terminal. Alternatively, public transportation is available. A bus stop is located just outside the facility, with buses running every 30 minutes between 6:47 AM and 11:47 PM, at a fare of $2 per ride. Please Note: Failure to register your vehicle by scanning the onsite QR code may result in towing.
