This is my 2nd time using this garage for my parking, both stays for were more then 10 days.. never had a problem, price is great, I called yesterday for a shuttle the women explained and sent me detailed information & pictures of the location & the shuttle. & will call to notify me that it will arrive in 5 minutes.

I can honestly say I was skeptical at first but my experience was amazing I was out of town for 5 days the shuttle going was quick but it was early coming back was confusing you have to catch the shuttle on the flight departures side my mistake I wasn’t focused

This was my first time using this app. I was hesitant at first bc I’ve never parked at LAX, but the price was unbelievable, and it included a free shuttle ride! I didn’t want to bother a friend to drive us to the airport on such late notice so I literally booked this parking garage the night before our flight, and even found a promo code online to save a couple extra dollars. Upon arrival, there was an parking attendant on site ready to check us in using the app QR code. We parked the car, locked it, and walked down the stairs with our luggage, and the shuttle was ready for me and a small group of other fellow travelers. We boarded, he asked which airline to drop us off at and we were there in a few minutes. I left a tip for the shuttle driver bc he helped us unload our luggage at departure. During my trip I felt our car was safe in the garage. I overall had such a great experience,I will never ask a friend for a ride to LAX again. One suggestion for first time users, at the end of your trip when getting picked up by the shuttle to go back to your car- make sure you’re standing AT the red sign that says “Hotel and private parking shuttle” BEFORE calling the shuttle to pick you up. I tried to call as I was walking through the airport trying to save time, but that only caused the driver to loop around LAX a few times waiting for us.

Best parking structure we’ve parked at! We felt our car was protected and their shuttle system is the most organized. We called for a shuttle and it picked us up in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely use them again
