Great for price. Shuttle takes forever (took over 35 minutes at a slow time) to pick you up after calling & no one works at hotel exit- someone always gets stuck and holds up getting home. Otherwise, convenient parking and safe

I used way for the first time this past weekend. It was very easy to book, secure parking lot and quick shuttle service. Upon arrival at the overseas terminal, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle over quickly. I will be using again for a future trip! It would be great if the APP provided an email or text with the number to call for shuttle services instead of using google.
