Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Customers are kindly advised to follow these steps to avoid extra charges.

Please check in at the office when you arrive so we can validate your reservation.

At exit, if the system asks for payment, do not insert your credit card. Instead, press the Help/Call button or visit the front desk. Our team will assist you with a quick and hassle-free exit.

The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information. Please check with the airline and airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight.

A free shuttle operates 24/7 every 20 minutes, except between 2 AM and 3 AM. Parties of four or more must be dropped off at the airport before parking.

Liability Notice: We are not responsible for glass or tire damage. To prevent disputes, take photos of your vehicle before leaving.

Parking Information: Once you hand over your keys, your car will be securely stored in an indoor facility one mile from the hotel and returned upon arrival. Customers have rated this service 5 stars.

Covered Parking Disclaimer: Covered parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If unavailable, your vehicle will be parked outdoors, and you will be charged accordingly, with a partial refund for the price difference.

Important: This lot does not accept reservations for KIA or Hyundai vehicles due to increased theft attempts in the area.
