Reaching the parking lot
Enter this location on E 49th St. This United Nations Plaza valet garage is operated by ABM. To access this garage, travel north on 1st Ave (United Nations Plaza) and turn right onto E 48th St. DO NOT take the exit ramp for FDR Drive North, which is immediately before E 48th St. Follow the road around the bend and the garage will be immediately on your left once you turn onto E 49th St.
Note - This is the first garage on your left after you turn onto 49th St from FDR Dr. Please do not park in the GMC garage on the right side of the street.
Parking Instructions
Max Vehicle Height: 6'4". Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit.
The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.

This rate is an overnight rate only, customers can only park from 6 pm to 6 am, every day.
