As soon as my process was over, the shuttle was ready to pick us up. Travelling with an infant is not easy as it is, so it was a huge relief when the shuttle was on time both while going and while coming back. I would surely use this again.

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot, please scan the QR code on the scanner at the entrance. Note: If you grabbed a ticket at entry instead, scan the parking ticket first then scan the QR code to validate your ticket. Attention Valued Guests: We now have a brand-new Starbucks outlet at the Westin and Aloft SFO Hotel—enjoy your favorite coffee and snacks just steps away from your parking spot! When you arrive at the Parking Gate, scan the QR code linked to your parking reservation at the kiosk to open the gate. Please drive to the parking section that says "ParknFly".
You are good to leave then. When you return to pick up the car, scan the same QR code at the exit kiosk to open the gate to exit. Note: If you grabbed a ticket at entry instead, scan the parking ticket first then scan the QR code to validate your ticket.
