How to park
After completing your booking, you'll receive an account number via SMS.
When you reach the parking garage, share your account number and name with the parking attendant. Don't have the account number handy? Just show your Way.com confirmation email with the garage name and address.
The attendant will do a brief check of your vehicle for any existing damage. You'll be asked to confirm this by signing on an iPad.
You'll receive a tenant number, and the attendant will place an access code sticker on your windshield so you can easily enter and exit going forward.

Ive been using this garage monthly for about a year. The attendants are always friendly and professional. One day I accidentally left a shopping bag in the carI mentioned it when I returned, and they went out of their way to retrieve it for me. That level of service really stood out.
Guessing it was 5 mins away from the Museum of illusions! Finally got to visit and it was a blast. Thanks for the great valet service too.
