Enter this location at 384 8th Ave. This is the Garden Garage LLC 8, operated by Icon Parking. It is on the right-hand side of 8th Ave, between W 29th St and W 30th St. You must be traveling north on 8th Ave to access this facility. Look for the entrance with Icon Parking signage near the front.
Parking Instructions
No Vehicle Storage. No vehicles may be stored in this parking facility for more than 5 consecutive business days without exiting the facility. If you're planning on leaving your vehicle for an extended period of time, please contact the facility manager for approval. Any vehicle stored in this facility over 5 days without notification is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Once you arrive at the parking lot, please produce the activation code to the attendant before parking. You will get complimentary Way+ Jade benefits like gas savings and a free car wash by booking Icon Parking monthly spaces. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry.

You'll receive a tenant number, and the attendant will place an access code sticker on your windshield so you can easily enter and exit going forward.
