How to park
After completing your booking, you'll receive an account number via SMS.
When you reach the parking garage, share your account number and name with the parking attendant. Don't have the account number handy? Just show your Way.com confirmation email with the garage name and address.
The attendant will do a brief check of your vehicle for any existing damage. You'll be asked to confirm this by signing on an iPad.
You'll receive a tenant number, and the attendant will place an access code sticker on your windshield so you can easily enter and exit going forward.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, please produce the activation code to the attendant before parking. A few months ago, I moved to this area and had no fixed parking solution. Every day felt uncertain. One evening, after struggling again to find a space, I decided to try this garage. I started with a short booking, but within days I switched to monthly. Now, parking is the most predictable part of my day.
There was a time when I used to leave home early just to secure street parking. Even then, it wasnt guaranteed. After switching to a monthly plan here, I no longer need to plan my day around parking. Its made my mornings feel much more relaxed.
Good garage that's managed well. The attendants were courteous with their service too! Will be back!
