I got stuck helping a family member with an emergency and couldnt make it back to the garage on time. When I explained what happened, the team was very kind and helped extend the parking. It meant a lot during a stressful moment.
Our return flight got canceled, which delayed our trip by a full day and meant we couldnt pick up the car on time. We were a bit worried about the situation, but after contacting support, everything was handled smoothly. The parking lot team was very understanding and helped extend the parking without any hassle. Really appreciated how cooperative and helpful they were during an already stressful travel day.
So far so good and I love the employees!
