Reaching the Parking Lot
Once you arrive at 400 E South Water, proceed to N Field Blvd and make a right turn. The garage entrance will be the first garage on your right/east side of N Field Blvd. This is the garage entrance for The Shoreham at Lakeshore East building, operated by SP+. This is NOT the garage entrance for The Tides garage, which is across the way. Please reference the photos.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 8" No In & Out privileges for this location Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans. The Shoreham garage has public parking and pedestrian doors in the front of the building for customers to enter and retrieve their vehicles. This garage is for the exclusive use of The Shoreham at Lakeshore East guests and patrons of its tenant businesses. Violators will be towed.
