Reaching The Parking Lot
Enter this location at 9 W 57th St. This is the Solow Building garage, operated by LAZ. It is located on the north side of 57th St. between 5th Ave. and 6th Ave. The entrance is at the east end of the Solow Building. You can also enter this location at 36 w 58th St if the 57th St entrance is inaccessible.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 7". The oversized fee will be determined by the garage and paid directly to the facility upon exit. Luxury surcharges may apply. The garage gate is closed from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. If you arrive and the gate is closed, please call 212-758-3693 for assistance. There is another entrance at 36 W 58th St. if the 57th St entrance is inaccessible. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. Monthly parkers The $325 plan provides parking access Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM

Parking Check-In
Show the parking lot attendant your Way.com order confirmation or order details. The attendant will confirm your details, hand you a ticket, and park your car. Keep your ticket at check-out in order to exit.

Parking Checkout
Upon returning, show the attendant your Way.com parking order confirmation and parking ticket you received on arrival.

Extra Fee Alert
If the parking facility has deemed your vehicle as an oversized vehicle or if you have parked outside of your booking times, you will be charged an extra fee that must be paid at either check-in or check-out.

Vehicle Return
The parking lot’s valet attendant will retrieve your car for you and then you’ll be free to go!
The valet provided his number at the time of dropping the vehicle as he mentioned the waiting time might be high as it was rush hour which was helpful for me at the time of checkout. I contacted him before reaching the lot to keep my vehicle ready and it was :)
