You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. You are advised to check in at the front desk to present the confirmation emails and collect the hang tags and fill up the details (License Plate & Customer Name) prior to parking your vehicle at this lot. The front desk operates during the following hours:
Weekdays: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Weekends: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM For customers parking outside of these operating hours, please ensure you carry a printed copy of your confirmation email for verification purposes. Once you have parked, kindly call the front desk at 813-243-1913 to confirm your parking. This parking facility DOES NOT offer a free shuttle service, but you can easily take an Uber/Lyft ride to reach the your destination quickly. To help offset the cost of your transportation, we have discounted the parking rates.Please Note: Customers are kindly advised to inform the hotel directly about any reservation extensions or date changes to avoid the risk of vehicle towing from the lot.
