Super easy.
As a new hire in my company and unfamiliar with the city, I had no idea where to park. On my first day, I parked on the street and ended up with a citation. Later, a colleague suggested this lot and even helped me book a monthly pass. Since then, Ive been renewing my subscription and parking here without any issues
I parked here overnight since I had a meeting the next day and was staying in a nearby PG. I overslept and woke up late, rushing to the lot during a busy time but it was taken care of.
