The entrance to this facility is located on the west side of FDR Drive between E 30th St. and E 28th St. Please note: You will ONLY be able to access this facility using the following directions. From the intersection of 1st Ave. and E 30th St., head east on E 30th St. towards FDR Drive. Make a sharp right at the "Stop" sign, then keep left and follow the signs until you reach the garage entrance. Height Restriction: 10'1". This facility does not allow in/out privileges. The garage entrance will be closed upon arrival. Please honk and the lot attendant will open it for you.
