Arrival Instructions Step 1: Pull a ticket at the entrance and follow signs to the active parking row. Step 2: Park anywhere in that row; our shuttle will pick you up at your car. Step 3: Grab a locator slip from the driver so you can easily find your car later. Timing: Please arrive 20 minutes before your desired airport arrival time. Present your printed reservation receipt and entry ticket to the cashier upon arrival. Departure Instructions Wait Times: Shuttles run every 6–12 minutes, 24 hours a day. Pickup Point: Lower Level outside of Baggage Claim (same as the drop-off point). Checking Out: To ensure your prepaid reservation is honored, you must exit through a manned lane (do not use the automated exit). Present your receipt and entry ticket to the cashier.
