Arrival Instructions Step 1: Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and follow the signs to the active parking row. Step 2: Park in any available space within the designated row. The shuttle will pick you up directly at your vehicle. Step 3: Obtain a locator slip from the shuttle driver with your parking location and return shuttle instructions. Please arrive at the lot at least 20 minutes before the time you wish to be at your airport terminal. Departure Instructions Wait Times: Shuttle service operates every 6–12 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pickup Point: Upon returning from your trip, proceed to the courtesy shuttle stop located on the Lower Level outside of Baggage Claim. This is the same location where you were dropped off. Checking Out: To ensure your prepaid reservation is honored, you must exit through a manned checkout lane. Present your printed reservation receipt along with your entry ticket to the cashier. Reservations cannot be validated through the automated exit lane, and credit may not be applied if the printed receipt is not presented.
