You’ll get an email with redemption details once your reservation is complete. Customer should visit the front desk to confirm their booking and inform the hotel. When you arrive at the parking lot, simply show your email confirmation to the attendant via your smartphone or a printout. Our team will assist you in locating your reserved parking space. Please confirm your suggested arrival time with the airline and airport before your flight. Please note that oversized vehicles will be subject to additional charges. A paid shuttle is available for $20 one way, which is cheaper than Uber. The shuttle runs every hour on demand. Customers must inform the hotel before check-in to arrange shuttle service.
