Does Navy Federal have car insurance?

Navy Federal Credit Union doesn’t offer car insurance directly. However, you can get auto insurance from Navy Federal through third-party companies that are partnered with them.

If you are a Navy Federal Credit Union member, then you can opt for car insurance through Liberty Mutual Insurance made available through the TruStage™ Auto & Home Insurance Program. In addition to the cheaper rates on car insurance that the members are offered, there is also the option of 24-hour roadside assistance and other perks.  

The other features of the car insurance that Navy Federal offers through Liberty Mutual include: 

• Accident forgiveness, which will spare you from an increase in the car insurance rates after the first accident. 
• They offer you claims assistance throughout the day. 
• Even though it is an optional feature, Better Car Replacement offers the replacement of the totaled car with one that is a year newer than the current model.  
• If you own more than one car, then you are eligible for a multi-car discount. 
• If you have a year of no claims, then you will be eligible for a claims-free discount.
