Cancellation and refunds on Way.com

If you cancel before your check-in time, Way.com will provide a full refund, unless your booking was marked as Non-Refundable at checkout. Non-refundable reservations are clearly labeled before you confirm. After your check-in time has passed, you can no longer cancel or receive a refund. Refunds are added to your Way Wallet right away, so you can use them anytime for parking or other car services. You’ll also earn 8% annual interest on your Way Wallet balance. You can also choose to have your refund credited to your original payment method (applicable for most reservations). Once processed, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
