We visited Jiffy Lube on West Broadway in Council Bluffs for an oil change and had a great experience. We were in and out in under 20 minutes, and the service included a new oil filter, air filter replacement, and a full fluid check with top-offs. They even cleaned the outside of our windows, which was a nice touch. Really appreciate the fast and thorough service!

I came in for an oil change, and while they did point out a few additional services that may be needed, there was no pressure — which I really appreciated since I was only able to do the oil change at the time. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely be returning.
