I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The employees were friendly, professional, and very efficient. They got me in and out quickly while still providing excellent service.
We visited Jiffy Lube on West Broadway in Council Bluffs for an oil change and had a great experience. We were in and out in under 20 minutes, and the service included a new oil filter, air filter replacement, and a full fluid check with top-offs. They even cleaned the outside of our windows, which was a nice touch. Really appreciate the fast and thorough service!

I came in for an oil change, and while they did point out a few additional services that may be needed, there was no pressure — which I really appreciated since I was only able to do the oil change at the time. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely be returning.
