Refund Policy
Auto insurance
Insurance policy is cancellable at any time. Refunds are a case-to-case basis and will be dependent on your policy, insurance carrier, and numerous other factors. In a case where a refund is approved, your refund will fully process in a minimum timeframe of 3-5 days.
Carwash
When you make the payment for carwash orders, these payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Way. Way.com, in its sole discretion, may offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis including, by way of example, in the event of an error with your order or in the amounts you were charged.
After payment for any carwash order, it will no longer be eligible refund. All carwash orders are final and are non-refundable, unless it is a very special circumstance. In a case where a refund is approved, Way.com, in its sole discretion, may offer refunds in the form of credits. An example of a very special case will be an error with the amount you are charged.
If you are using your Carwash Pass in any way that violates our terms and conditions, your pass will be terminated and you will not receive any refund.
There are no partial or full refunds for any carwash pass regardless of usage.
Parking
We know that life happens and plans can change. You can cancel your reservations anytime before the check-in time on your reservation confirmation. To cancel, use the Way app, email support@way.com, or call the Way customer success team at (408) 598-3338.
After check-in time, you cannot cancel and are no longer eligible for refunds. We do not offer refunds for unused days after your booking dates.
If a refund is approved, whether before or after the check-in time, Way.com, in its sole discretion, may credit it to your original payment method or the Way Wallet.
If your travel dates change, you can update your reservation using the app before check-in for most bookings. You can change the check-in date and time or the checkout date and time. You can also reach us by email or call us at (408) 598-3338 for help.
If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged by the provider and the charges will not be refundable once charged. Call Way customer success at (408) 598-3338 to extend your reservation.
Services provided through Partners and Partnerships
All partners or partnership services provided through Way.com are not cancellable and are not refundable unless under very special circumstances. In a case where a refund is approved, Way.com, in its sole discretion, may offer refunds in the form of credits. An example of a very special case may be an error with the amount you are charged.
Please refer to your confirmation for the cancellation policy that applies to the location you reserved. In most cases, you may cancel your reservation for a full refund up until 24 hours before the check- in time. Reservations cancelled within the 24 hour time period before your reservation starts will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.
You can cancel for Waybucks directly in the app or you can email us at support@way.com or call us at 408-598-3338. For cancellations 24 hours or less before the start time you must contact support.
Please Note: Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for waybucks or credit card refund at any time.
Pricing and Information Disclaimer
All pricing subject to change. We endeavor to publish and maintain accurate prices and information for the services we offer. Our Service Providers provide us with the price and other information related to their respective services. In the event, however, that a service is listed or provided to us at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or other error in pricing or service information received from our Service Providers, Way.com and/or the Our Service Provider retains the right to refuse or cancel any Requests placed for such service. Way.com and/or the Our Service Provider shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such Requests whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Request is canceled because of incorrect Service Provider information, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices, rates and inventory are subject to availability from the Service Provider.
Partial Month Purchase
As per the parking lots’ pricing model, your monthly parking reservation will either expire on the last day of the month or roll forward to the next month to end one day before the same date as your start date.
For example, if a parking lot follows the ‘rolling forward’ method for end-date calculation, your parking reservation that begins on 23 April will expire on 22 May.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read these terms and conditions of sale agreement very carefully. The customer agrees to be bound by this sale agreement and accepts its terms and conditions (unless the customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with Way.com ("Way.com"), in which case the separate agreement shall govern).
Important Information About This Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Way.com. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to "Way.com" shall relate to Way.com, and its affiliates.) The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question. This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Way.com relating to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the Site. The Sale Agreement may only be modified or terminated with regard to goods or services that have been purchased or sold on the Site in a writing signed by Way.com. Electronic records (including signatures), that are otherwise valid, shall be accepted under the Sale Agreement. The Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet; consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting Way.com at the address provided below. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall control.
Governing Law
This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. The customer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Alameda County, California for purposes of any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this sale agreement.
GENERAL LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Way.com hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by way.com in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
INTERNET DISCLAIMER
Internet connectivity requires access services from an Internet access provider. Contact your local access provider for rates, terms and conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Way.com will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Way.com will not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Way.com is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement.
