I came in for my New York State inspection. They Immediately took my car in, They are very efficient, very friendly, very accommodating & helpful. No high-pressure sales and you never have to worry about being scammed or treated poorly. Every customer matters to these guys. They’re all willing to help even if it’s not your car that they’re working on. Recommend this place 10 out of 10
Staff is great here. She always has shown great customer service skills. I come in every 8 weeks or so and am always happy when I see her. She is always smiling and I know it’s going to be a good day! Throughout the years, I’ve met some that were not so nice but all the staff that were there went I went in on 5/26 were amazing ?

I was super impressed with this jiffy lube. I was freaking out because I completely forgot that my car inspection was due at the end of April. I arrived at 535pm for an oil change and state inspection. They closed at 6pm but William was not bother by this at all. He was so friendly and understanding. When he gave me the quote for the bill I said I wasn't happy with that number.He made a point of telling me there was a coupon online. I was joking, but I thought it was amazing that he took the time to make me feel better about that dollar amount.They were finished in less than twenty minutes.And I was on my way best experience ever.Oh, and I got a free car wash from hoffman's a nice little bonus
