Came in for a transmission drain and fill on my 08 lexus is250. Called around before, and most places were charging $250+ for the task, before fluid cost and tax. Brandons team got me in, got it taken care of, and got me out of there in less than 2 shakes of a rabbits tail. 10/10 service, 10/10 transparency and communication, and 10/10 friendliness. If you need any fluids for your car taken care of, look no further.
Stopped by to get my oil changed before taking a road trip. I inquired about the different blend and cost. Ended up going with full synthetic and was very surprised to see them check tire pressure, fluids, wiper blades and lights. Really appreciate the added comfort of them doing those services. Employees were very nice and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. I will be a returning customer at this location. Thank you guys for taking care of my family’s car and taking care of my family.
I have gone to the jiffy line on 164th for years. Have not been impressed the last couple of times. Last week was last straw. Gave this location a try, extra 15 minutes away. Night and day difference! These guys are FANTASTIC! Very professional. No pressure for up sale. But we’re very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Ended up adding services due to their professionalism. I will not be going to the 164th store ever again this place has my business for good.
