Update: I gave them another try, and I'm happy I did because James, the manager, Johnny, and Reese did an outstanding job on flushing my radiator, oil change, and AC. Thank you all. ???????? The district manager provided the crew/customers with lunch. This is a wonderful way to show the crew that they are valued, so keep it up, and I will keep my business with this location. I went here today again because I needed an oil change to travel for a death in the family, but the experience was one that could have been avoided, had the employee listened. I have friends who have worked for Jiffy lube and know the process of an oil change. So, please, in the future, listen to the customer's needs!
The folks at Jiffy Lube were very helpful with what needed to be done on my car. She was overdue for the 90k services and they got those done, along with the oil change, no problem. Before bringing your Subi to the dealership that will charge an arm and a leg, stop by here first. Only thing is that it took a bit longer than they estimated, but some extra services were done and the car was overdue on them. Super friendly staff.
Blaine and Jacob took care of me ! A really fair price on Brakes and rear shocks. Much more fair pricing than these crazily priced shops all over portland . Soooo many scam shops in PDX with 4.5+ ratings on Google!! Not sure how these guys get a 4.2. But they get a 5 star from me ALL DAY!!!!!!!!
