Pulled into jiffy lube to get an inspection on my car and my needs were instantly met . I was greeted by a young man and explained to him what I needed done . He asked for my information and proceeded to take care of my vehicle. I was in and out in 15minutes. Excellent customer service and a great helpful staff .
The crew that serviced my 2010 Ford F-150 were awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were also polite and offered me a bottle of water as I waited. I had my engine filter replaced as well as an oil change. I am definitely going back to have my coolant system flushed and refilled next week. They also gave me a 25% Veteran discount. This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube and now I am a forever customer. Thank you guys!!! ?
Well let me tell you about Jiffy Lube I went to a Jiffy Lube near me to see about my temperature gauge they had told me that I needed my radiator flush wasn't expected for it to be so expensive but I'm quite sure if I went to a dealership it would have been more.. so I told them to go ahead and do the job I wasn't too sure that they had did the job after they said they had finished because my temperature gauge were pretty much in the same spot... after driving around for a while my temperature gauge was still almost in the middle so I start worrying me if they have really did the job so the next day I went to another Jiffy Lube and they told me that they did do the job and that it was so hot that my temperature gauge will almost be in the middle it wasn't quite in the middle but it was heading towards that way and I was so used to seeing it on a cool side so when the other Jiffy Lube people told me that everything was fine that was a relief off my mind to know that they actually did the job
