There were only two young men working at the time I came in. There was another costumer ahead of me. The young man I believe PJ was his name was so pleasant helpful and did not seem overwhelmed even though he probably was as more customers showed up while I was there. They were fast efficient and very helpful.
Awesome set of workers They got me in and got me out didn't give me a million things that was wrong with my car and didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of other items. Just awesome. I will recommend that jiffy lube to everyone I know. They changed my projection of when I need to get it done again on the computer. I'm just really impressed with your crew there. They are awesome. When I was directed to the stadium location from the Jiffy Lube on Dix Because they had functioning lifts for the car, I was expecting a quick and easy oil change tire rotation. What I had was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at an auto mechanic, Especially as a first time, customer from out of town. The staff was quick, kind, and explained everything that they were doing, without trying to upsell me on anything. And I noticed that everyone else who came by was a longtime customer, which speaks volumes for the quality of service. I will be going back to them for all of my automotive repair needs in Jeff City, and whatever that store is doing other automotive places need to do the same.
