Great Experience! I was given information on my car I didn’t know about before that was helpful, very friendly. I know it usually takes 5-10 minutes for an oil change but they took their time with me, which I appreciated due to me being behind on my oil change, which also included them checking for possible oil leaks! Thankfully no leaks, and was provided the best care! I also Noticed their communication with each other while working on my car, verifying the process, and I’m impressed! That’s rare! Better than sitting in a waiting room for hours just for an oil change, Thank You! ??
I had a great experience at 5 oil change. At first I sat at Jiffy Lube and it was a 40 minute wait. I looked at my phone to see where another oil service station was near me and five oil change came up. I seen they had coupons online for 25% off new oil change and Veteran discounts. The service was fantastic. I did not have to get out of my truck. The young lady that took care of the service orders and the guys doing the service on the truck were very kind and made great conversation while waiting for my oil and other fluids to be changed. The price was also very reasonable. I give these guys and ladies five stars because they were fantastic, treated me like they knew me, weren't afraid to make conversation or be themselves. To me that is great service. Thank you all very much for all your hard work and the conversation. I will be back with every other vehicle I have. By the way the other great thing is if you do own more than three vehicles you will get a discount as well if you take them all to the five oil change. It is worth it! I was very impressed with this service. I don't have one local to me and this one was local to where I was working when needing an oil change while away 2.5 hours from home. I was able to just stay in my car and eat my lunch while the crew took care of me. They weren't pushy on any extra items and kindly explained everything so I could know what they were doing and make my own informed decision. I wish there was one close to where I live but the closest is 1.5+ hours away. The place I normally go locally typically takes over 1.5 hours (usually closer 2 two or more hours) and they are always so pushy on extras. I will go back to Take 5 when I am in town again!
