Thank goodness for this Jiffy Lube location. Highly recommend them. The employees were super nice and actually smiling and happy. They had a great system going to get customers in and out. I noticed that my inspection was up today and while running errands I stopped into 3 other places before I found them. Only because I happen to drive by those places first. The MM business told me their inspection tech was off today, the MT place just said not until next week. Don’t even look at the schedule but online, it said they had many inspection appointments free, the V place said their inspection system was down. At the end of the day I’m very happy that the other 3 places didn’t work out. I’ll be telling my friends to go to this JL and will be going back for other services again. .
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Aiden & his team From the moment I arrived, Aiden was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process smooth and quick while still making sure everything on my car was checked properly. He explained what service my vehicle needed and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find people who take pride in their work, but Aiden team definitely does. Because of there excellent customer service and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again. Highly recommend asking for Aiden if you want fast, honest, and reliable service.
Stopped by for an inspection…there was 4 other people in the waiting area when I got there. All of us were in and out within 20-30 mins. Wonderful quick service. Asked for a quote on an oil change while paying my bill, the man was kind and and provided detailed information & wonderful customer service. I will return and recommend to others!
