Saint took care of me at the desk today, but that's not to discredit the work being done by the guys in the bay. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes, and the whole team did a wonderful job. Definitely coming back!
Absolutely WONDERFUL! Zachary went ABOVE and BEYOND! The other highly courteous and helpful gentlemen, were a joy! (Didn’t catch their names.) Quick, painless and HiGhLy Pleasurable!! These guys know a thing or three about a thing or two, if you know what I mean! ? Price? Just RiGhT! Pull up and you’ll see… “I’ll Be Back!” ?
Update: Kyle came to my home this morning to look at the car. After looking at it, it was a knocking sensor. Kyle fixed the issue and my car seems to be ok now ☺️ I really appreciated the swift communication and the dedication to make sure my car was ok. After my experience back in October when I had to get the engine replaced. I am quick to freak out. So I apologize for my irrational thoughts and would definitely recommend going to this Jiffy lube. It’s hard to find places that actually care about their customers anymore. Came in today to get my oil changed, brake fluid and anti freeze checked changed. Everything seemed fine until I got into my car this evening and my check engine light is blinking and oil is leaking out of my car. I spent $400 and something to get this done. I told them I got a new engine and turbo put in the car in October. The engine is BRAND NEW! I couldn’t even get in touch with anyone at the store to get this resolved. Just a stupid robot telling me to bring the car in. I don’t want to destroy my engine with I just spent $12,000 to get it replaced.
