I always have a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. The mechanics and technicians are consistently thorough, professional, and attentive to detail. They take the time to explain any issues. My car always runs smoother and performs better after each visit. I appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend them for reliable vehicle maintenance.
I received an email that my sticker needed renewal. I was already running errands, so I googled the closest place to get an emissions test. This Jiffy Lube was the closest on the list. I drove over and there were 2 oil changes in the drive thru stalls. Gabriela said it would be a 10 - 15 minute wait until they could get to my car. I was OK with the wait and she lead me to the waiting room where 2 other ladies were waiting. I barely got settled before a customer was told her service was done, so my car was pulled in about that time. I wasn't there 20 - 25 minutes before I was called to pay for my testing. The information they had on file was old, but they corrected it quickly and I was on my way. I'm very pleased with the quick results.
The people working were friendly and provided detailed information about additional options without trying to pressure me into unnecessary services. They were quick and stayed within their promised time to completion. The car is running very smoothly after their services.
