I typically take my car to the Cadillac dealership for an oil change and I will not be doing that anymore. The service was much faster at Jiffy Lube and it was also much cheaper. The guys at the JL on Thousand Oaks were fast and friendly. Thanks Robert, Luis and Efrain!
I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! Everyone we spoke with was so helpful! I had been experiencing an issue that another shop shop had caused and they were able to identify the issue (with photos) and give me guidance on how to get it corrected. Thank you so much for a great experience! I didn’t catch everyone’s names but I believe they were Marlon, Robert, Alec, and Erick. Would definitely recommend!
Always great service at this location. Friendly staff and no pressure for up-sales. They give you information and have no problem with a “No, thank you.” It’s what keeps me coming back. I appreciate they know what it’s like to be on a budget and not always have the money for extras!
