I visited the jiffy Lube on 10345 S.Kedzie in Chicago, IL and I have to commend the guys who waited on my daughter and me, especially Zig, I believe he was the Manager, or the person in charge. They were professional, kind and attentive not just for the oil change. He offered us a refreshing bottle of water and let us wait in the car while they serviced the car because of my disability. When all was completed, and it didn't take a long time, he brought the invoice out to us and to my pleasant surprise he had given us a good discount on the bill. Thank you Zig for the excellent Service and hospitality, your shop will be my go to from now on for my Oil changes in the future! Mrs. Weatherspoon

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube, and I truly feel it deserves recognition! We’re visiting from Texas and realized the tires on our rental car were low and needed air. From the moment we pulled up, Izaiah and Christian were absolutely amazing. They were kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful—just genuine, good customer service that you don’t always come across. Being from the South, we’re used to a certain level of courtesy, and to be honest, we hadn’t experienced much of that during this trip—until we came here. These two young men completely changed that for us. They were polite, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of quickly and with a great attitude. Management should be extremely proud of Izaiah and Christian. They represent your business well and left a lasting positive impression on us. Thank you both for your kindness—it truly meant a lot! This location is always great. Zig is the best and always has the funniest jokes and the best customer service. He’s always making the lobby of waiting people laugh. I feel like I’m taken care of here without the worry of unnecessary charges, and staff is kind and respectful/ attentive. Usually I can be in and out pretty fast, but even when there’s a bit of a line, it’s worth the wait.
