I’d give a 5 star except I was unaware that the last visit I was given full synthetic instead of blend. They explained everything. But now stuck getting synthetic from now on. Quick service. The prices are pretty steep. I have 3 cars and @155 a pop…almost not affordable. They do have veterans discount…so I appreciate that.
About a month ago, I had my front and back brakes replaced at another location and immediately noticed an intense squeaking noise afterward. I’ll spare this review the details of that experience and instead focus on how great the team here was. I arrived extremely frustrated, but from the moment I got there, Kevin was incredible. He talked me through the possible causes of the noise, explained what he was looking for, and ultimately found the issue and fixed it completely. After dealing with weeks of frustration, it was such a relief to have someone take the time to understand the problem and get it resolved. I highly recommend the team here and will absolutely be coming back for any future maintenance needs. Thank you, Kevin and Joe, for the excellent service!
I visited Jiffy Lube today for a car inspection and had the pleasure of meeting Deana, one of the managers. She was extremely professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The service was honest and thorough, which really stood out. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for genuine and excellent customer service.
