Guys were excellent. Price was a little higher than expected but service was quick and very good. I have to add, I worked at Valvoline 20 years ago. So I know what's expected of jiffy lube and this is the best one I e gone to ever.
I was greeted the moment I drove into the parking lot. Each person I interacted with was very kind and professional. I got an oil change and my state inspection. Everything went quickly and I will definitely be back.
My service advisor was awesome, he was honest, even when it meant not getting an up sale because I did not need the service based upon the service records and his visual inspection. Also, the female manager had great customer service and was eager to take care of me. This was one of the best retail experiences I have had in a while, and I currently work in retail.
