From the moment I pulled into the line I was greeted nicely and professionally. The wait wasn’t long, and I was guided in the warm station. The guy that spoke to me the most to ask questions and do the transaction was awesome and friendly. He kept me updated with everything going on with my car as I was sitting in the waiting room. I love getting my oil changed here.
Came in last week for a quick fix and Valvoline really delivered for me. I changed my oil last week at another shop (NOT Valvoline) but they messed up and overfilled the oil. I simply needed to have a 1/2 quart taken out with a special siphon tool and Valvoline took care of this in 15 minutes. They were helpful, polite and didn't charge me a dime just as a courtesy (and I wasn't even an existing customer). But I am now. Thanks guys!
They were very professional and personable! My boys spilled some water in the waiting area and while I was trying to clean up, they came in to clean it up for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it—I never even asked! It was so kind. They were very sweet to my boys and listened to all their stories. 10/10 would recommend.
