Great for oil change. Fast, and for the same price, I had my coolant refilled, windshield wiper fluid topped and free $15. Car wash coupon upon leaving . Employees were extremely nice. Less than 30 minutes. Did not have the same good experience having a new York State car inspection here a few years back. New York should be like NJ which has state inspection facilities that can't monetize an inspection .
I went in for an inspection and they didn't think they could get me in. As I went to leave they told me that they could, indeed, perform my inspection. They got my car in right away. They did recommend a new air filter, which I needed and had installed. They had me out in a short time. They were all professional, courteous, and friendly. One of the techs offered me 15 dollars off my air filter for being a health care provider. When it rang up it only took 11 dollars off because it was supposed to be 15% not 15 dollars. I was fine with it but the manager told me he would honor what was offered and he gave me the 15 dollars off. That was appreciated and shows that they treat you as a valued customer and not just another faceless person walking in their establishment. I highly recommend them and will be back.
My usual Jiffy Lube in Plainfield, NJ, did me a wrong by not applying (3) screws to my skid guard. Hence, I experienced some awful noises as the wind pushed the loose flaps onto the road when at speed. Sadly, it took away a couple hours from planned Ski trip at Belleayre but luckily Kyle & Eli at this location sorted us out properly, quickly and politely. Sincere thanks to them for a great job!!!
