I had a great experience at this location. I had an issue with my transmission that required a tightening of the transmission shifter cable and Freddy did a great job getting me in and out within an hour. I understand they don't do all major repairs but my situation was relatively minor and they did a terrific job and certainly deserve five stars. Great customer service!
I've been to this location in Forney where I live for quite sometime. I've taken both of my Porsches here for oil changes and a few other services. The staff is exceptional and their customer service and expertise always leaves me feeling confident. I'm pleased with the service and the technicians, and constantly recommend anyone I come across to take their vehicle or vehicles to be serviced.
I came here for an oil change. The one that greeted us was great. He wear glasses and had a tattoo on his neck. He was a beautiful soul. They inspected everything and showed me everything else that needed to be done. I knew my car needed something, so I got it done. I think the man that did my coolant was named Seth. He was excellent but the whole time was great. They all deserve raises or something they were great to me and my family.
