I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube this morning. I went in for a quick inspection, and the team was very professional from the moment I arrived. They were courteous, efficient, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how thorough they were while checking my vehicle. They took the time to make sure everything was properly inspected and explained things clearly. It’s nice to see a team that takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. Overall, it was a quick, easy, and professional experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing an inspection or basic vehicle service.
Great customer service! The team is fast, friendly, and truly honest. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them. I always enjoy coming to this location because I know they will get the job done right, and they do much more than just oil changes. With my recent battery change, everything went smoothly, but honestly, everyone I have ever come in contact with here has been great. I have been bringing my car here for nearly three years and have never had an issue. Everyone was amazing, and a special shoutout to Kennedy for making sure everything went smoothly with my battery change.
Hi there, this was my 2nd or 3rd visit to this particular Jiffy Lube. Each time the service has been top notch. I went in for an oil change, but also receive a tire rotation, brake fluid flush, and my emissions inspection. This is not the tale of pressure by the attendant, just mentioning the rotation (much needed, and brake fluid flush-same, long overdue). The inspection, I added on at the end as it's due this month. There was a sound I noticed as I left, so I returned and they immediately put it back up, tweaked a caliper, and all was right with the world. They really took care of me and provided great service. That's important these days, great customer service and quality vehicle care. I highly recommend this location on West Rd.
