Very Jeep friendly and professional. The coupon that came up on the website did not have a code so the staff member was able to put two coupons together that he had codes for that equal the discount that was offered. Thanks so much!
The General Manager, Kenny, is extremely helpful and honest! I took my son’s 2015 Kia in for a Transmission Fluid change and spoke with him. I told him my concern with the car not easily going into reverse. Kenny answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained to me that based on where and how the car’s transmission fluid was positioned, sealed beneath the car, that the dealership would be the one’s to change it. Kenny made a few excellent recommendations that I will request me when I take the car into the dealership. It’s good that they have Kenny onboard at Jiffy!
