Gary was absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, he walked me through every step. After he showed me a few filter filters in my car, it was filled So much dirt and more. The car, it no doubt I needed to replace them. I found my experience to be very pleasant and I owe all that to Gary.!! He was so great explaining everything to me. And it was on a Saturday I pulled in at 3:55pm and they close @4pm! You would not have known that though. They were quick to get me in and take exceptional care of my car, and educated me along the way!! Gary in the office should be a GM!! He absolutely is excellent at his job! 10-STARS ?
Had an oil change here in early April on my way home from Florida. I'm changing it myself today as I normally do and I find the oil filter comes off fairly easily - didn't have to destroy it - and the oil pan plug is in good condition (not my normal experience with commercial garages). Oil filter is also dated and has 2 sets of initials on it, installer and QC person. Nice job Gentlemen!!
Had an issue with them overtightening drain plug from last change, which was a real p.i.a. when I tried to d.y.i. nxt oil change. Had to send the wife back. They were very reasonable and responsive. While I generally prefer to d.y.i, if that isn't for you, then I would recommend them.
