I came into Jiffy Lube for a tire rotation and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Andy Ty, Jesus, and Alex were incredibly attentive the moment I arrived and immediately made me feel welcomed. The entire team was professional, respectful, and worked very efficiently. I was honestly surprised by how fast the service was with hardly any wait time at all. On top of that, they all had such a positive attitude and provided outstanding customer service throughout the visit. It’s rare to come across a team that is not only efficient but also genuinely kind and respectful to customers. These gentlemen definitely went above and beyond, and because of them I’ll absolutely be returning to this location. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location if you want quick, professional, and friendly service!
Amazing service all around and at an amazing cost!! If I could give more stars I would. Immediately was offered a water and then was walked through their whole process. No kind of up charges, schemes or lingo that new customer wouldn’t understand. They provided me the service I asked for with a few suggestions to look out for. My technician Ty and the service director Jacob were extremely patient and understanding with me because I had troubles finding my insurance for at least 15 minutes. They’ve definitely earned my service with their A+ professionalism!
