I wasn’t expecting such superior service! They originally told me it would be over an hour wait before they could start working on my car, but it was actually done in under 2 hours! They also quoted me $299 for a tune up and then an extra charge for replacing something in addition. Thinking it would be about $700 it was actually just over $400 which was amazing! I am definitely going to be a returning customer! Great service and the guy who checked me out even walked me to my car door to make sure everything looked good. Really impressed me!
Great service. Super polite. Honest great work. Accurate estimate over the phone. Both headlight assemblies put on perfectly. Never go to the dealership. Jiffy lube got u. Dealership gave me attitude over the phone and the quote was much higher and I had to set an appointment.
Out of all of the jiffy lubes I find this to be the best one and will do all of my future business there. Customer service is out of this world and James Dean is amazing. Takes time to see what you need and gets things done in a timely manner. Exceptional customer service and work. Definitely worth the wait!!!!
