I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube Multicare facility on Broadway in Boise. I’m sharing this as a “Public Service” announcement for anyone looking to avoid unnecessary and overpriced automotive repairs. I recently visited another automotive shop in Meridian charged me almost $400 for diagnostics and then quoted me over $2,600 for extensive (and it turns out, unnecessary) work on my cars A/C system, including a full compressor and condenser overhaul. It didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion. At Jiffy Lube Multicare, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue, explain everything clearly, and recommend only what was truly needed. The result, that my A/C was repaired for less than $300. The team was straightforward, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to work with people who value integrity and treat customers fairly. Area Manager Steve Bisbee is truly spectacular! If you’re looking for trustworthy service and honest pricing, I strongly recommend giving them a visit with great enthusiasm!
